DreamCatcher is a program of Alameda Family Services (AFS). AFS, formerly Xanthos, founded in 1970, provides services to improve the emotional, psychological health of children, youth and families. www.alamedafs.org
DreamCatcher has a new facility thanks to the vision and dedication of Alex Briscoe, Director of Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, and Alice Lai-Bitker, former Alameda County Supervisor. Through the support of the AFS Board, the DreamCatcher Staff, and some important Bay Area partners, we’re well on the way to having the new DreamCatcher facility up and running within eighteen months!
