About your order
• Confirmation of receipt of the order will be emailed to you within 48 hours from the date of receipt. This email will be sent to your email address on the order form and will include an estimated delivery date.

• The ordered scroll(s) will be delivered by courier within four weeks from the date your order has been received, to the mailing address on the order form.

• Each scroll will be securely packaged in a fitted carton tube.

• If delivery is not made within four weeks from order receipt date, payment will be reimbursed immediately and in full.

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, the scroll can be returned within two weeks from the delivery date, in the original condition and original packaging, and the payment will be reimbursed immediately and in full.
